Residential property market of the Opole Region in years 2002-2013

Abstract

This article aims at presenting the demand and supply of flats in the city of Opole and chosen district towns of Opole region in years 2002-2013. It contains data regarding flat resources, number of households and, following these parameters, the potential residential demand in Opole region in years 2002-2013. On the basis of a study of notarial deeds, the average prices of flat purchases in Opole and other towns of Opole region are surveyed and compared to the GUS (Central Statistical Office) information on average domestic prices. The list of chosen residential investments carried out by the developers in Opole determines, approximately, the residential supply in Opole.
